I close my eyes and imagine hoping through a open green field with grass tickling my nose in search for that perfect carrot, but as soon as i open my eyes I am thrown back into reality, I am going to graduate university at the end of the year and then what?
What a daunting realism I am faced with, but what does one do when they have graduated... move out of thier parents house? Done. Start buying really cool toys? Done. Find a real job? That there lies the problem... How does one little bunny stop sitting there munching on carrots and break into the field of advertising.
I keep circling this ring on my finger that has in-scripted on it "I believe in miracles" but what does that mean? Many understand the worlds but not what they are saying, believe it or not it is not a religionist thing. It simply means that I believe in highly improbable or extraordinary events and being the first from my family to graduate university is such an event.
So step one in finding a job. A famous saying is "live to work not work to live". I studied advertising for this reason, i love it, but if i could join two passions it would be theme parks and movies. I love the opportunity to create a fantasy atmosphere of another time and place, a world that one can get lost in and escape the normalities of day-to-day life. To see all this and advertise it requires someone that experiences these worlds but can also research, analysis, write and present.
This is a blog about me, a small bunny in a field of advertising. It will contain details about my personality, my interests in advertisements and overall a sense of me, which hopefully increase my brand recall among advertising agencies, both internal and external.
I aim not to be overlooked as a safe quite bunny but as a animal that is silent but deadly with secret fangs. One that has fairies soaring above her head and pirates that fight beside her, in a world were a little bunny is opening her eyes and about to take on the field of advertising.
